Using Virtual Checks with

What is a Virtual Check? (You must have a U.S. based checking account to use VirtualCheck). You can NOT use a money market or investment account. Click Here for details.

Using special software and the information provided, you authorize us to produce a legal check for this transaction only. Our software prints this check that we deposit into our account just as we would one you mailed us. The difference is time. Instead of waiting days for the mail - we can process your order in moments.

How do I do this? Very simple. First, get out your check book.

Go to the next available check you would normally write.  For your records, fill it out to Bleachers International in the amount of your total order. Next, write VOID across this check. You will provide us with the actual check number - but not the actual check. Next, use the graphic below to locate the information we will need. You can place the numbers in red on your voided check for reference when you proceed to the Secure Virtual Check Form.

5. The 9 Digit Routing Number

Once you have located all the necessary information and marked its location on your check - you are ready to continue to the secure form to enter this data and give us permission to process your order. Sorry, it's not our choice, but you cannot use your Money Market Checking account to create a Virtual Check. We are told that you must use the paper checks they provided you because the transaction is more than a check, it is a contract between you and the financial institution. We only accept U.S. funds drawn on U.S. based financial instutions.

Also, investment-type checking accounts might have the restrictions on the type of checks used to draw funds. If you have any doubts about your bank accepting this kind of a check, please contact them for approval first.
